小微型轴流式水轮机改进设计

摘要 基于提高水能转化效率、降低水电站维护成本,改进设计了转轮标称100 cm的轴流式水轮机。主要包括核心部件转轮调桨装置和导水叶传动机构的改进设计以及采用反求技术和快速成型技术取得桨叶的三维实体造型和实物模型。小微型轴流调桨式水轮机经改进已定型生产,主要用于较低水头、较大流量的农村小微型电站。 Optimization design to improve hydropower conversion efficiency and to lower hydropower station maintainance cost was discussed in terms of axial flow turbine with a wheel nominal diameter of lOOcm. The optimization design focused on the development of oar-adjusting device for runner blade and guide vane transmission mechanism. The solid model and physical model of wheel were established by inverse technique and rapid prototyping technology. The optimized production of miniaxial flow turbine was finalized, which was designed for rural small hydropower station with low water head and large-flow.
