摘要
利用风险矩阵方法研究商业银行个人住房贷款风险评估问题。首先构建了风险矩阵,设计了利用风险矩阵对个贷风险评估的基本流程,为个贷风险管理问题提供了一种实用、易行和科学的评估方法,最后给出了风险防范措施。
Risk matrix method was adopted to solve the problem of risk assessment of personal housing loan program of the national commercial banks. A risk matrix was constructed and a basic process of risk-matrix-based risk assessment of the housing loan program was designed. Risk control approaches were presented. It is indicated that the risk-matrix based assessment method is a practical and easy method of risk assessment and management of the housing loan program.
