摘要
采用电化学测试技术,探讨了Ni元素对304不锈钢阳极行为的影响.结果表明合金元素Ni的加入,可提高不锈钢的钝化能力和阻滞阳极活性溶解过程.通过XPS表面分析发现,在膜中Ni以NiO的形式存在.由于NiO参与了成膜过程,改变了表面电化学行为,提高了膜的稳定性.
Effect of additions of 7.02 11.98 percent nickel alone on the anodic behavior of type 304 stainless steel was evaluated by electrochemical measurement technology in solutions of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide.The results showed that the addition of element nickel increased the passive ability and prevented the active dissolution of type 304 stainless steel. The XPS analysis indicated that nickel element existed as NiO in film, which improved the electrochemical behavior and the stability of film.
