摘要
应用边界元方法计算了管内介质处于流动状态时,受到阴极保护的管道内壁的瞬时电位分布和稳定电位分布,并在实验室内进行了小型的流动场管内阴极保护实验.计算与实测结果较吻合,证实了边界元方法应用于管内阴极保护问题的有效性和准确度.
Because boundary element method (BEM) is more efficient than either finite difference method (FDM) or finite element method (FEM) developed previously in the field of corrosion. This mthod is applied to calculate potential distribution over the cathodically protected inter surface of pipe under flow condition. A mathematical model for this cathodic protection has been built and the computer program developed. In order to demonstrate the validity of this calculating method based on polarization experiment, a sample experiment which protects the inter surface of piple under flow condition has been carried out. The numerical solutions of both the temporal potential distribution and the time dependent potential distribution resulting from the formation of a calcareous deposit agree with experimental measurements. The results show that the analytical method produced is feasible and efficient.
