摘要
提出了一种适用于具有弥散效应的、双时间常数的电化学阻抗谱参数解析的方法.在确立用马夸特法进行曲线拟合的具体算法中,用最小二乘法求解初值,使迭代迅速收敛;用非线性插值法来弥补某些条件下实验数据点不足的缺陷.该方法可一次同时求解多个电化学参数,计算实例表明了方法的有效性和可靠性.
An approach for the parameter analysis of electrochemical impedance spectrum with two time constant and dispersion effect has been proposed. To fit the spectrum by Marquardt method, least square method is used to get the initial value, then interation can coverge quickly, nonlinear interpolation method is used to make up shortcomings caused by insufficient experiment data which happen under some situations. This method can obtain several electrochemical parameters simultaneously, its effectiveness and reliability are proved by practical applications
