摘要
人才流失是当今困扰农机企业发展的一大难题。农机企业人才是一种"活的资本",从根本上寻求控制其流失的途径和方法是必须的。根据人才流失的影响因素,本文首先分析了农机企业人才的流动成本,进而论述了企业型人力资本专用性对农机企业人才流失的阻碍作用。文章的最后构建了基于人力资本专用性的农机企业控制人才流失的新途径和新方法。
Brain drain is a big problem to the development in modern Agricultural Machine corporations. We should find the methods from the corporation personnel who act as living capital. According to the influencing factors of the brain drain, this paper analyzes the brain drain cost and the hold up function of the corporation human capital specialty. And then, this paper develops the new path and new methods to restrict the brain drain in the Agricultural Machine corporations.
