摘要
本文从传感器及测量整机入手,分析了系统的组成,采用边缘电场技术,使用PCB敷铜层加工成测量电容的极板,通过Ansys建模分析,确定了边缘电场电容式谷物水分传感元件的结构参数;选择了一种"容/频"转换测量方法,设计出边缘电场电容式谷物水分传感器及其测量与接口电路;提出有效解决抗干扰问题及减少系统误差的方法,给出数据处理的思路与方法,提高了谷物水分在线测量精度。
From sensor and measuring machine, this paper analyses the form of system, and decides to use the PCB copper layer to be the electrodes of capacitance with fringe filed technology. Depending on the analysis from ANSYS modeling, there are structure parameters of a grain moisture probe of fringe field coplanar electrode capacitance. Paper uses a method of capacitance-to-frequency to design the hardware circuit of the sensor and interface circuit. In order to enhance the precision of grain moisture measurement online, paper brings some method of anti-jamming and reducing system error.
