摘要
目的:探讨可达龙治疗阵发性房颤的疗效和护理措施,以防止和及时处理并发症,增加用药的安全性。方法:随机选择36例阵发性心房颤动的住院患者,应用微量注射泵恒速静脉注射可达龙直至转为窦性心律,用药期间加强对患者的心理和生理护理,严密观察药物的不良反应。结果:转复成功率83.3%(30/36),不良反应发生率5.5%(2/36)。结论:在提供恰当的护理措施下,微量注射泵泵入可达龙治疗阵发性心房颤动安全有效。
Objiective：To explore the curative effect of Cordarone on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and figure out nursing measures for coping with the disease by safely use of Cordarone.Methods：36 cases with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly selected from inpatients and were recovered as sinus rhythm by intravenous injection of Cordarone through micro pumping.Results：the rate of successful recovery into sinus rhythm was 83.3%（30/36） and the incidence of adverse reaction was 5.5%（2/36）.Conclusion：Aided by proper nursing trategies, the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by administrating Cordarone using micro injection pump is safe and effecitve.
