摘要
报告了海水盐度对真鲷幼鱼消化酶活性的影响.41日龄的真鲷幼鱼的蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶的比活力均在盐度25时达最高值,随着盐度的上升或下降,消化酶的比活力下降.从3种酶的相对比活力来看,盐度对消化酶的活性影响较大,其中对脂肪酶的活性影响更大.这对于真鲷的人工育苗和养殖有参考价值.
The effect of salinity on digestive enzyme activity of Pagrosomus major young fish was reported.The activities of protease,α amylase and lipase are all the highest when the salinity is 25,and they all tend to decrease when the salinity is higher or lower than 25.The influence of salinity on the relative specific activity of three digerstive enzymes is obvious,while the influence on the lipase is the greatest.This could be utilized in the breeding and culture of P.major .
