摘要
采用常规湍流模型对柴油机缸内传热过程进行多维瞬态模拟计算时,壁面模型的处理方式将直接影响到整个模拟计算的精度和准确性,为此本文利用多维瞬态模拟计算方法考察壁面模型对缸内传热模拟计算的影响。研究结果表明:壁面模型中复合壁函数法由于在近壁处湍能被修正,使缸内多维模拟计算结果更接近于试验值。
When general turbulence model is used to perform a multi - dimensional transient numerical simulation on heat transfer process in diesel engine cylinder, the precision and accuracy of simulation computation is directly influenced by the way of how to deal with wall model. The paper is to investigate how different wall models affect the simulation computation in cylinder heat transfer through use of multi - dimensional transient numerical simulation. After comparison to simulation results from different wall models, it is found that hybrid wall treatment which combines low Reynolds number model and standard wall function makes in - cylinder multi - dimensional numerical simulation close to test results.
