摘要
在实际的机械加工中,要想高效地加工出高质量的产品,除了考虑工件材料的加工性能、刀具优劣、机床等因素外,选择合理的切削用量是十分重要的。在理论优化的基础上,结合实验优选,所选切削用量将更为正确。文章以加工小直径深孔为例,介绍一种切削用量的实验优选方法。
In the practical machining, choosing the rational cutting parameter is very important besides considering the factors of cutting performance, cutting tools and machine tools. Based on the result of academic and experimental optimization, the cutting parameter will be more correct. This article introduces a method of experimental optimization of cutting parameter, by machining deep-hole with small-diameter drilling.
