Under the influence of the present financial crisis, small and medium sized enterprises should emphasize the self-innovating system, and build an assuring system for them has become a necessary condition. This article takes Changzhou Leili Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd as an example to express how to construct an assuring system, and concludes that building self-innovating assuring system needs organization,investment, talents, inspiriting, and culture to do together.
