摘要
领导干部的考评是领导干部管理工作的重点,文章以地方政府工作部门的领导干部为研究对象,运用领导干部的价值分析方法和理论,针对性地提出该类人才质量评价方法,并使用计算机信息化手段,给出了地方政府领导干部人才质量综合评价的操作方法。对组织部门有效实施领导干部管理和考评具有指导作用和实际应用价值。
Since evaluation and assessment of leading cadres plays an important role in the administration of leading cadres, on the basis of the summary of the previous researching findings, this paper takes the advanced administrative talents in the departments of local government as the target of the research. It makes the best use of the methods and approaches of value assessment of leading cadres and presents the pointed evaluation approach of the talents. By means of computer information, a series of applicable methods of comprehensive assessment of leading cadres in the local government have been put forth afterwards, which hold guiding function and applicable value for the organization department to implement effective administration and assessment of leading cadres.
