高校学分制管理中存在的问题与对策

College Credit System:Problems and Countermeasures

高等学校实行学分制,符合当代人才培养规律的需要。论文紧扣我国高校在学分制管理过程中存在的学制缺乏应有弹性、选课缺乏科学指导、师资难以满足需要、教学管理严重滞后四个方面的问题进行分析。同时,对上述问题提出了对策,为我国高校实行学分制提供了可借鉴的管理模式。

The credit system adopted in colleges conforms to the present personnel training regulations. This paper points out the problems existing in the credit system in Chinese colleges, such as inflexible schooling period, zero scientific guides in selecting courses, lack of teaching staff, inefficient teaching-learning management and so on. With an analysis of the above problems, it proposes corresponding countermeasures, offeting a credit system management pattern, which might be profited from.
