在教育信息化的时代背景下,教育技术能力已成为现代教师必须具备的专业素质和重要方面。当前,师范院校对师范生教育技术能力的培养没有得到足够的重视,师范生现代教育技术能力极度缺乏。从培养适应21世纪教师专业化发展的角度,师范院校应不断加强对师范生教育技术能力的培养,在教学实践中必须注重理论与实践相结合、课堂教学与课后实训相结合的培养思路,采取多样化的教学模式和实践实训环节,让学生的教育技术能力切实得到有效的提高。

In the era of highly developing information and network techniques, educational technology＂ ability has become a must for students of teachers＇ university. However, most normal universities pay little attention to the cultivation of this ability; as a result, most of their students are seriously lack ot; it. In order to meet the need of teacher professionalization＇in the 21st century, normal universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of educational technology ability, combining theory with practice and classroom education with after-class practice, adopting diversified teaching mode and practical training, so as to effectively improve the students＇ educational technology ability.
