基于圈层分析的职业教育城乡一体化空间布局模式设计

Design of Interspace Distribution Model for City-country Integration of Vocational Education Based on Circle-layer Analysis

立足城市经济圈层分析,提出实现职业教育城乡一体化的空间布局模式,即中心发散型、区域集中型和点轴联系型,各个模式都有相应的参与主体和参与模式。其实施要点主要包括:政府需承担起领路人的角色;农村职业院校建设是主线;企业和名校作为重要参与者,应强化与学校的合作;建立城乡一体化劳动力市场。

From the perspective of circle-layer analysis,the interspace distribution model for city-country integration of vocational education can be divided into center radiation model,regional centralization model and point-axes connection model,and each of the model has its own participant subject and model.The implementation points include：the government should take the guiding role;the construction of rural vocational schools is the main clue;as important participants,enterprises should strengthen cooperation with schools; build the labour force market of city-country integration for vocational education.
