现代职业文化是一种适合高职院校内涵建设的区域文化,其内涵和外延有别于现代企业组织管理的企业文化,也有别于其他社会组织管理的事业文化,是把高职生从准职业人培养成职业人的沃土,是高职院校推行校企合作、工学结合、产学合作、订单培养、半工半读等培养方式和措施的过程中积淀下来的校园文化与现代职业文化的内涵文化。培育现代职业文化,是职业院校健康快速发展的生命之源。

Modern professional culture is a kind of regional culture that suit for the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges,and its connotation and extension are different from the corporate culture of modern enterprise organization and management as well as the cause culture of other social organization and management.Modern professional culture is the fertile soil that can cultivate vocational college students from quasi-career professionals to professionals and the connotation culture of campus culture and modern professional culture produced in the process of boosting the talent cultivation models including school-enterprise cooperation, work-study cooperation, industry-teaching cooperation, ordering cultivation and part time working and part time learning.
