职业技术师范院校发展的回顾与启示

通过对职业技术师范院校50年发展历史的简要回顾,提出建立职业技术师范院校是党中央、国务院大力发展职业教育战略部署的重要组成部分,是落实这一战略部署的具体举措。总结职业技术师范院校30年来的办学实践,提出适合中国国情的"实行两证书制,培养一体化师资"的职教师资培养模式,为我国职教师资的培养指明了道路。在新的形势下,更应加强职业技术师范院校的建设和合格职教师资的培养工作,发挥此类院校在培养职教师资方面的骨干带头和示范作用。

Through reviewing on the development history of vocational and technical teachers colleges in 50 years,the article put forward that,the construction of vocational and technical teachers college is important composition of vigorously developing vocational education strategy of central government and the State department as well as material measure for carrying out the strategy.Summarizing the school-running practices of vocational and technical teachers colleges in 30 years,the article put forward the vocational education teacher cultivation model of ＂implementing dual-qualification system and cultivating integrated teaching staff＂ that suitable for China national state, which point development road for cultivation of vocational school teachers. Under the new position, China should further strengthen the construction of vocational and technical teachers＂ colleges and the cultivation of eligible vocational education teachers, etc.
