摘要
本文报道棉腐镰刀菌Fu2和弯角镰刀菌尖F1接种于已灭菌的玉米碎培养基中,在一定温度条件下培养28d后,从培养物中提取获得毒素粗提物.进行豌豆萌发抑制试验,家兔皮肤反应试验,对大口黑鲈、百花鲫和海鲤鱼苗的毒性试验,均表明Fu2和尖F1玉米碎培养物是含有一定的毒性物质.但气相色谱———质谱联用鉴测,尚未发现Fu2和尖F1玉米碎培养物中含有9种常见的单端孢霉烯族毒素.
Fusarium buharicum(Fu2) and Fcomtoceras(jian F1) weregrown on the sterilized mulding corn media for 28 days at 13℃.The crude toxins which were extracted from the cultures were tested for toxicity in pea seed germination,in rabbit skin response and in the fry of Micropterous salmoides ,Carassius auratus and Cyprinus acutidosalis ,and all had toxic effectsThe cultures were detected for 9 kinds of trichothecenes by GC-MSAll cultures were negative for production of all toxins
