摘要
本文用脯氨酸的类似物羟脯氨酸筛选出经甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变处理的油菜幼胚培养苗的抗羟脯氨酸突变体.抗性系叶片中的绝大多数游离氨基酸的含量都比对照品种“Oro”高,其中游离脯氨酸的含量是“Oro”的22倍,表明用羟脯氨酸筛选出的突变体植株细胞内的游离氨基酸,特别是游离脯氨酸的含量明显增加.抗性系后代的多种农艺性状试验结果表明,抗性系的产量比对照高311%,发病率低385%,病情指数下降009%。
The mutant of Brassica napus resistant to hydroxyproline was obtained through embryo culture in combination with mutagenic treatment by EMS(ethylmethane sulfonate),and through selection by hydroxyprolineThe contents of the most of the free amino acids in the leaves of the resistant strain were higher than those of the control,and the content of the free proline of the resistant strain was 22 time as many as that of the controlThis result indicated that the contents of the free amino acids,especially the free proline,were increased obviously by this methodExperiments and observations of various agronomic characteristics of the resis-tant strain showed that its yield was 311% higher the incidence of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was 385% lower than those of the control Based on the above results,it is suggested that selection of the mutant resistant to hydroxyproline is an effective method in the breeding of Brassica napus
