探讨了城镇地价评估中，土地还原利率确定的几种方法，并根据四子王旗乌兰花镇的实际情况，提出了一种新的适合当地情况的还原利率的确定方法．

In the work of city landprise evaluation,land restored interest rate is the key of the work.In this paper,several kinds of land restored interest rate defining ways were analysized.On the bases of the condition of Siziwang county,a new land restored interest rate defining way was gave out.
