Research on the Actuality of the Higher Education Legal System

随着高等教育的发展,现有的规范高等教育的法律法规明显滞后,在一定程度上制约了高等教育的发展。从高等教育法制的立法、执法、守法以及法律监督等方面入手,对高等教育法制发展现状进行研究,提出相应的发展完善对策,以便适应高等教育大发展的需要。

With the development of higher education, the regulations are obviously getting behind, which restricts the development of higher education, and we need amend the drawbacks existing in laws. This paper researches the actuality of the higher education legal system from the different perspectives, such as legislation and executing the law, keeping the law and law supervising, puts forward the countermeasure to perfect the laws to adapt to the need of development of higher education.
