高师教育类课程“角色体验”教学模式的实验研究

摘要 "角色体验"教学模式引入高师教育类课程,旨在全面提高其课堂教学的有效性,充分彰显其师范特色,从而满足基础教育改革对优秀师资的迫切需求。教学实验证实:"角色体验"教学模式的实施有利于强化学生的教育理论、训练学生的教学技能、丰富学生的专业情意,有利于全面提高师范生的教育素养。 The introduction of "role-experience" teaching model aims at enhancing the teaching efficiency and showing the normal characteristics of the educational curriculum in the normal universities in order to meet the demands of excellent teachers for the basic education reform. The teaching experiment proves that the practice of "role-experience" teaching model can improve the students' educational theories, train the students' educational skills, develop the students' professional feelings and strenthen the students' comprehensive educational qualities.
