摘要
以蚕豆根尖为实验材料，研究了环磷酰胺对间期微核细胞及染色体畸变的作用，并对环磷酰胺的诱变机理进行了分析，提出了环磷酰胺可能通过激发细胞内的自由基反应而导致染色体畸变的观点。
The effect of cyclophosphamide on the micronuclear cells and chromosome aberration by using the root cells of Vicia faba L. is studied and the inducing mechanism of cyclophosphamide is also analysed.The view of cyclophosphamide which may induce chromosome aberration by stimulation the free radical reaction in cells is proposed.
