冬菊利咽合剂对慢性咽炎作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies on the Effects of Dongju Liyan Mixture on Chronic pharyngitis

目的探讨冬菊利咽合剂治疗慢性咽炎的作用机制,为临床治疗慢性咽炎提供依据。方法采用药理学和超微结构等方法,在小鼠和家兔不同病理模型上观察冬菊利咽合剂的抗炎作用以及对慢性咽炎的治疗作用。结果在小鼠的二甲苯致耳廓水肿模型上,冬菊利咽合剂处理组与对照组相比耳廓水肿明显减轻;在家兔慢性咽炎动物模型上,冬菊利咽合剂处理组动物咽部血管扩张瘀血、炎症细胞浸润、上皮增生和腺体分泌情况明显轻于造模组。结论冬菊利咽合剂治疗慢性咽炎的作用可能与其抑制咽部炎症病理改变的发生有关。

Objective To explore the possible action mechanism of Dongju Liyan Mixture （DLM）on chronic pharyngitis（ CP）, which provide scientific basis in the treatment of CP. Methods Pharmacological procedures were utilized to investigate these effects of DLM as anti-inflammation and preventive treatment on various kinds of animal model induced among mice or rabbits respectively, supplemented by histopathological and ultrastructure. Results It was shown that DLM could significantly reduce the degrees of auricular edema as seen in the treated auricular edema models induced by dimethylbenzene among mice. Furthermore, DLM showed significant therapeutic effects on rabbit models with experimental CP. Conclusion Preventive and therapeutic effects of DLM on CP may be associated with its inhibiting effect on inflammatory changes.
