应用高频振荡通气抢救新生儿气胸的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察高频振荡通气抢救新生儿气胸的疗效。方法对50例气胸新生儿应用高频振荡通气治疗。结果所有患儿均治愈,气胸吸收时间平均为42.4h,呼吸机治疗时间平均为72.4h。治疗过程中心率、血压无异常变化,无并发慢性肺部疾病。结论HFOV治疗新生儿气胸,疗效较理想,有其独特的优势,是一种安全、有效的机械通气方法。 Objective observe high-frequency oscillatory ventilation treatment newborns pneumothorax efficacy. Methods 50 cases newborns pneumothorax were treat by high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in our hospital. Results All patients were eured, the average pneumothorax absorption time was 42.4 h, average ventilation time was 72.4 h, heart rate, blood pressure had no abnormal changes, without chronic lung disease during treatment. Conclusion High-frequency oscillatory ventilation treat newborns pneumothorax, effect good, has its unique advantages, is a safe, effective method of mechanical ventilation.
