摘要
研究了阴离子表面活性剂对在酒石酸钠钾等物质的存在下,meso四(对-三甲铵基)苯基卟啉(TAPP)与Bi(Ⅲ)显色反应的作用,在pH5.37的HAc-NaAc介质中,TAPP与Bi(Ⅲ)在酒石钠钾催化下于室温显色反应8min,形成Bi(Ⅲ)∶TAPP=1∶2的配合物,最大吸收在463nm处,摩尔吸光系数1.0×105L·mol·cm-1,Bi(Ⅲ)含量在0~16μg/25ml内符合比耳定律,阴离子表面活性剂对此体系无增敏作用.该方法已用于药物中铋的含量测定.
This paper studies the action of anion surfactant to the catalysts tartrate accelerating the color reaction of bismuth with meso tetrakis [4 (trimethyammonium) phenyl] prophine (TAPP).In the medium of pH 5.37 acetate buffer solution,the coordination complex of Bi(Ⅲ) and TAPP can be formed at room temprature about 8min.The maximum absorption is measured at 463nm with the apparent molar absorption 1.0×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer′s law is followed for bismuth in the range of 0~16μg/25ml.The anion surfactant can not increase the sensitiveness.The method is used in determination of bismuth in the drug.
