摘要
形状参数包含变形工具、工件的多种几何数值,它与压力系数的关系,较全面反映了受力与变形间的联系.对实测数据作回归分析,并与多种压力公式进行比较,可以明显看出各公式的优缺点。
The form parameter is a group of various geometric numerical values induding deformed implements and workpiece.The relationship between pressure coefficient and form parameter comprehensively reflects the connection of received forces and deformation.By regression analysis of the data of field exploration and comparison with various pressure formulas,it iseasyto find out the advantages and disadvantaegs of each formula,and the correct approach of selecting rolling pressure formula by making use of the form parameter.
