摘要
通过对粉煤灰免烧免蒸砖的原料配比、成型压力、养护方式等因素进行一系列的优化试验，得到了一种理想的生产高强轻质粉煤灰免烧蒸砖的新工艺．产品的综合质量指标优于国家标准ＧＢ５１０１－９３及ＪＣ２３９－９１．
This paper has carried out a series of advanced select tests on fly ash brick in the contract of materials,deformation pressure and fostering means. The ideal new production technology of fly ash brick of high Stength,low density,unbaking and unsteaming is found. The quality targets of the products surpasses that of GB5101-93 and JC239-91
