摘要
民航科技、研发、制造产业链的逐步完善,将在交通、基础设施、土地资源等诸多方面对临空产业区的城市空间格局具有较大影响。本文从机场辐射半径内的临空产业类型出发,结合航空产业特点探讨与其相适应的临空产业空间布局模式:以交通运输为核心搭建总体结构,以产业特点为基础划分功能分区,以环境建设为亮点营造投资环境,以统筹分析为手段控制发展规模,力求产业与城市空间的有机结合。
Starting with the analysis of aviation industries within the radium of the airport, this paper examines the layout mode of airport-related indus- tries based on the characteristics of aviation industry, which is featured with the effective transport system, well divided function areas, favarable investment en- vironment and regulated development scale.
