摘要
本文报道了1例椎管内囊尾蚴病,患者行"后正中入路椎管内病变探查切除术",病变全切,术后接受药物杀虫治疗,1个疗程后好转。
This paper reported a case of intraspinal cysticercosis. The patient was operated on by means of posterior median intraspinal lesion exploration. The lesion was totally removed. The patient was treated by albendazole after operation, and improved after a course of treatment.
