摘要
目的研究陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫及大鼠的宿主适宜性。方法从陈氏狸殖吸虫流行区采集溪蟹,分离囊蚴,经口感染家猫、SD大鼠。40 d后检查粪便,观察排出虫卵的时间,90~112 d剖检动物,回收虫体,计算成虫率。结果家猫感染后50 d粪便可检出虫卵;大鼠检出虫卵时间为感染后第68~70 d。猫剖检虫体8条,成虫率87.5%(7/8);大鼠剖检虫体16条,成虫率43.75%(7/16)。结论猫和大鼠均可作为陈氏狸殖吸虫的实验终宿主;陈氏狸殖吸虫与猫的适宜性优于大鼠。
Objective To study the suitability of cats and rats as hosts of Paragonimus cheni. Methods Metacercariae were obtained from crabs in areas where P. cheni was prevalent and experimental animals, two cats and twenty SD rats, were orally infected. Feces were checked for eggs after 40 days to observe the duration of worm elimination in stool. Animals were dissected after 90- 112 days to collect the adult worms. The worm count and percentage of adults were calculated. Results One cat was positive. For cats, worms were detected in stool on day 50. Four rats were positive and worms were detected on days 68 to 70. There were 8 worms in cats, and the percentage of adults was 87.5%. There were 16 worms in rats, and the percentage of adults was 43.75%. Conclusion Cats and SD rats are suitable hosts for P. cheni. Both can serve as experimental final hosts for P. cheni, but the former is a more suitable host than the latter.
