云南省人体寄生虫病流行概况

A review of human parasitic disease prevalence in Yunnan Province,China

云南省立体气候特征明显,雨量充沛,四季温差不明显的自然条件和特有的经济社会与人文因素,造成这一地区寄生虫虫种多和寄生虫病流行的广泛性。本文在整理云南省已记载人体寄生虫病病种的基础上,分病种将血吸虫病、带绦虫病、膜壳绦虫病、囊虫病、包虫病、土源性线虫病、旋毛虫病、广州管圆线虫病、阿米巴病、疟疾和机会性寄生虫病等作了简要介绍,并对存在的问题提出了改进建议。

Yunnan has marked stereoscopic climate features, abundant rainfall, and little seasonal variation in temperature. These natural conditions and factors specific to the economy, society, and human culture result in parasitic strain polymorphism and the prevalence of parasitic diseases in the area. This article briefly describes the basic features of parasitic diseases affecting humans as have been reported in Yunnan Province. These diseases include schistosomiasis, taeniasis, hymenolepiasis, cysticercosis, echinococcosis, soil borne nematodiasis, trichinosis, angiostrongylus cantonensis, Amoebiasis, Malaria, and opportunistic parasitic diseases. The article also provides suggestions on solutions to existing problems.
