粉尘螨和屋尘螨饲养及分离技术研究进展

Progress of research on techniques to mass cultivate and isolate Dermatophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus

粉尘螨和屋尘螨是目前国内外纺织品防螨检测测试中使用的标准测试虫种。为了进一步促进我国检测机构开展相关业务,提高业务水准,有必要关注该领域的国内外研究动态。本文对粉尘螨和屋尘螨的人工饲养和分离等相关技术进行了综述。

Dermatophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus are standard test mites used for domestic and international testing of the efficacy of textiles against house dust mites. In order to further promote testing efforts by Chinese organizations and improve standards for these efforts, attention must be paid to domestic and international ad- vances in research in this field. Therefore, this article reviews techniques related to the artificial cultivation and isolation of D. farinae and D. pteronyssinus.
