论和谐社会视野下弱势群体利益诉求机制的构建

Interest Request Mechanism Structure Concerning the Disadvantaged Group in the View of Harmonious Society

弱势群体是社会转型期的伴生物。为弱势群体构建有效的利益诉求机制,给予弱势群体充分的话语权,促进社会的和谐发展,是政府的当务之急。现阶段,政府要尽力提高弱势群体的权利意识及诉求表达能力,疏通和拓宽弱势群体的多元化利益诉求渠道,建立健全以利益调节为核心的社会协商与对话机制。

A task of top priority for government is building ef- fective interest request mechanism,closing a social rift and contributing to the harmonious development of the society.At present the government should do his best to enhance the right consciousness and heighten the expression ability of the disadvantaged group, mediate and broaden multivariate interest request channels of the disadvantaged group,establish Social consultation and dialogue mechanism regarding interest adjustment as the core.
