论强化我国民族地区法律教育的路径

On the Perfection of the Legal Education in the Ethnic Minority Areas

目前,我国少数民族地区法律知识匮乏,法律意识淡薄,法律工作者的法律知识结构还不适应民族地区社会发展的需要。笔者认为,影响民族地区法律教育落后的因素包括地理环境因素、教育文化因素、民俗、民族习惯势力等。因此,完善我国民族地区法律教育要充分利用民族院校的教育资源,选择适合民族地区居民的法律教育形式,正确对待法俗文化,注重对族民领袖的法律教育,注重民族地区法律意识的培养,注重马锡五审判方式的适用。

There has been deficient in the Legal knowledge,Weak in Legal Awareness.The Legal knowledge don＇t meet the necessary in the Ethnic Minority Areas. The influence factors certain the Geographical factor,the educational or cultural factor and the habit of the folk and the national force.To change the current situation,we should make full use of the National institutions,apply the Way to meet the Ethnic Minority Areas,focus on the education to the leader of the Ethnic Minority,treat the legal Pop Culture cor- rectly,attach important to the cultivation of the Legal Awareness,apply the trial Mode of ＂Ma Xiwu＂.
