网络社会同样需要一定程度的一致性、连续性和确定性。要把有序关系引入到网络社会中,需要借助于法律的作用。由于网络社会秩序建构是一项复杂的系统工程,需要法律体系诸部门特别是民法、知识产权法、刑法、行政法等协同作用。要充分发挥法律对网络社会秩序建构的作用,应克服"网络法律虚无主义"和"网络法律万能论"两种错误倾向。

The network society requires a certain level of consistency,Continuity and certainty as well.In order to introduce the order into the network society,it is necessary to have the aid of law.The coordination and cooperation of each department of Legal Sys- tem,especially Civil Law,Intellectual Property Law,Criminal Law and Administrative Law,is of great significance,for it is a compli- cated system engineering to construct the new order of the network society.Meanwhile,Two wrong tendencies including ＂nihilism of network law＂ and ＂omnipotence of network law＂ are to be avoided in the process of constructing order by means of law.
