摘要
文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等,对各地区高校体育专业体操理论与术科课现状调查分析。结果显示:体操类理论课程的器械健身体操的裁判法、体操教学法、体操术语、体操教学特点、教学内容的比例偏高,而体操技术原理、健美操、艺术体操、体操舞蹈、街舞和团体操表演等理论课的教学内容的比例偏低;体操类术科课的技巧技能教学内容的比例偏高,而单杠、双杠、跳跃比例偏低。改进各地区高校体操理论与术科课程教学中存在的问题和不足,及其体操理论与术科课程设置方面更新,适应当前的体操动态的发展趋势和深化体操教学改革的发展提供一些建议和参考。
In this paper, literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics and so on all regions of PE Theory and Technique Gymnastics Investigation and Analysis Division. The high proportion of teaching content of gymnastics equipment category theory courses fitness gymnastics referee law, teaching gymnastics, gymnastics terminology, Gymnastics teaching characteristics,and the proportion of technical principle gymnastics, aerobics, artistic gymnastics, gymnastics dance, hip-hop and the theory of group calisthenics is low. Gymnastics category subjects skills class skiIls is high, while the horizontal bar, parallel bars,jumps is low. Colleges to improve the various regions gymnastics Theory and deficiencies, extremely gymnastics theory and the curriculum of cultural aspects, adapt the current gymnastics dynamic development trends and deepen the reform of gymnastics teaching.
