摘要
在区域自然灾害系统基本单元概念体系的指导下,以灾害系统基本单元为最小空间单位,选取对湖南省农业生产影响较大的水灾、旱灾、低温冷害、风雹灾及病虫害5种自然灾害,以民政部1978~1993年农业灾情统计数据为标准,并以综合农业灾情强度(16年年平均状况)为指标,在地理信息系统支持下,“自下而上”逐级综合,提出了湖南省农业自然灾害灾情综合区划方案,将全省划分为东西分异的3个一级区及18个二级亚区.通过检验,分区方案合理。
Based on the theory of basic unit in natural disaster system, the paper took the agricultural natural disaster system of Hunan province as an example, and support of GIS,32 524 basic unit were divided in Hunan province. Standing by the conception setup of the basic unit, the statistical data of the agricultural disasters from 1978 to 1993 were calculated and analyzed by the method of multi-variable stepwise discriminant analysis, and the main agricultural disasters models were formed which reflected the annual average status of Hunan province. According to the above principle, the regionalization of agricultural natural disaster of Hunan Province is put forward, which divides the whole province into 3 first- class and 18 second - class districts.
