杭州某高校学生婚前性行为及避孕知识态度行为调查

Cognition and Attitude About Antemarital Sexual Behavior and Abortion of College Students from a College in Hangzhou

目的了解大学生婚前性行为知识、态度、行为情况,为高校开设生殖健康教育课程提供依据。方法随机选取杭州市某高校499名不同专业学生进行封闭式问卷调查。结果15.93%曾有过婚前性行为,63.94%的学生表示周围同学存在婚前性行为;对婚前性行为持赞成态度者明显多于持反对态度者(2χ=23.646,P=0.000);47.17%的学生表示本校女生有早孕流产发生;对流产并发症、后遗症的认知率女生均高于男生(2χ=5.233,3.193,P=0.022,0.074)。安全套、短效口服避孕药和紧急事后避孕药的知晓率高于其他方法;在掌握并会使用的避孕方法中,46.19%的学生选择"没有掌握或不会使用任何一种避孕方法",女生明显多于男生(χ2=11.422,P=0.001)。结论大学生对婚前性行为普遍持赞成与宽容态度;应针对大学生的性别、专业、认知等特点,增加避孕知识知情选择和使用技能教育。

Objective To investigate college students＇ cognition and attitude to antemarital sexual behavior and abortion and their know status of contraceptive method, and to provide basis for offering reproductive health course in college. Methods 499 college students of different speciahy from a college in Hangzhou were selected for random and a closed survey via questionnaire was conducted. Results There were 15.93% of the participants had taken antemarital sexual behavior. 63.94% of them expressed that antemarital sexual behavior did exist among their classmates.There were significant more approvers than objectors toward antemarital sexual{X^2 = 23. 646, P = 0. 000 ）. Meanwhile, there were 47.17% of the participants revealed that abortion during early pregnancy happened among female students in their university. Female students＇ know rate of complications and sequelas of abortion was higher than male students （X^2 = 5. 233,3.193 ; P = 0. 022,0. 074 ）. Condom, short-acting prophylactic and emergent prophylactic were more known than other contraceptive method among them. In contraceptive method choice, 46.19% of them chose the option of ＂Do not know or never considered to use any kind of contraception＂, and female were significant more than male （x^2= 11. 422, P = 0.001）. Conclusion College students prevalently approve or be generous with antemarital sexual behavior. Therefore, it＇s necessary to add contraceptive knowledge education such as informed choice and skill-using according to their different sex, specialty and cognition character.
