枣庄市城市青少年健康危险行为调查

Health Risk Behaviors Among Adolescent in Urban Areas of Zaozhuang City

目的了解枣庄市城市青少年健康危险行为现状,为学校健康教育及有关部门制定政策提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取枣庄市8所中学、1所大学共3934名学生进行健康危险行为问卷调查。结果青少年健康危险行为主要为不良饮食和生活习惯、缺乏体育锻炼、故意和非故意伤害、自杀、吸烟、饮酒、接触毒品和无保护性行为。大部分危险行为发生率在不同性别和不同学习阶段学生中差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论青少年学生存在多种健康相关危险行为。应从学校、家庭和社会多方面入手,积极采取有效措施,防止或减少危害健康行为的发生。

Objective To study the status of health risk behaviors among adolescent in urban areas of Zaozhuang city, so as to provide a scientific basis for health education for schools and other departments concerned to policy making. Methods By using multi-stage stratified sampling method, 3 943 students from eight secondary schools and one university were recruited to complete the health risk behavior questionnaire. Results The risk behaviors that went against adolescent health were primarily unhealthy diet and living habits, lack of physical exercise, intentional and unin- tentional injury, suicide, smoking, drinking, exposure to drugs and unprotected sex. There were statistical significant differences between different genders or learning stages of students at the aspect of incidence rate for most risk behaviors （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are a variety of health-related risk behaviors among the adolescent. So effective measures should be taken starting with schools, families and society to prevent or reduce the occurrence of health-risk behaviors.
