注意缺陷多动障碍儿童补充DHA效果评价

Effect of DHA on Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要 目的评价注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童补充二十二碳-6烯酸(DHA)后的临床行为及情绪变化情况,为ADHD的防治提供依据。方法对确诊的487例ADHD儿童补充DHA,观察补充前后儿童行为及情绪的改变。结果治疗后儿童行为问题检出率为12.5%,远低于治疗前的37.9%(P〈0.01)。6~16岁ADHD男童CBCL行为得分在补充DHA后有所改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表得分比较,躯体化/惊恐、分离性焦虑、广泛性焦虑在补充DHA后有改善(P值均〈0.05);而抑郁障碍自评量表得分中,仅有"对自己有信心"较补充前改善。结论补充DHA对ADHD儿童临床症状及情绪障碍状况的改善有一定疗效。 Objective To study the correlation of Docosahexaenoic ( DHA ) with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD ) in behavioral and emotional change, and to provide bases for the prevention and treatment of ADHD. Methods All 487 ADHD children were given DHA and their behavioral and emotional change of ADHD children were observed before and after therapy. Results The prevalence of behavioral problems in ADHD children after treatment ( 12.5 % ) was obviously lower than before treatment ( 37.9%, P 〈 0.01 ). The CBCL indices of ADHD children aged 6 - 16 years were improved after treatment( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ). There were statistic significance in the SCARED indices of body/panic, fission anxiety, extensive anxiety before and after taking DHA. The indices of DSRSC had no significance in ADHD children other than the factor "having confidence for me". Conclusion Supplement of DHA cart improve some clinical symptoms and emotional change for ADHD children.
