Effect of Governmental Solving Problems for People Project to Promoting School Cafeteria Construction in Rural Areas

目的探讨提高农村学校食堂卫生管理水平的有效途径,为提高农村学校食堂卫生管理水平提供依据。方法根据如皋市农村初中食堂升级改造工程实施情况,分析改造前后学校食堂量化等级、功能区配置及流程、餐具消毒、食品留样等几个指标的变化情况。结果通过推进"创A升级"活动,A级食堂所占比例由2.86%上升到了42.42%;主要功能区配置率明显提高,布局更趋合理;餐具抽检合格率从72.02%上升到95.86%;食品留样率由2.86%上升到75.76%。结论充分开发政府与教育主管部门协作是成功实施农村学校食堂升级改造的前提,政府加大投入是提高学校食堂硬件设施配置水平的关键。

Objective To discuss effective approaches for raising health management level of rural school cafeterias, and to provide basis for raising its level. Methods The changes were analyzed before and after rebuilding project by some indexes such as measure degrees of school cafeterias, functional operation room distribution, process, tablewares disinfecting and food samples storing according to construction performance of Rugao rural junior middle school cafeteria promotion and rebuilding project. Results The number of A-degree cafeterias had grown to 42.42% from 2.86% through ＂Creating A-degree Cafeterias and Promotion＂ activity. The main functional operation rooms distribution rate rised greatly and the distribution became more reasonable. The qualified rate of tablewares spot check had grown to 95.86% from 72.02%. The rate of food samples storing had grown to 75.76% from 2.86%. Conclusion Government regard and department collaboration are the precondition of successfully performing rural school cafeteria promotion and rebuilding project. Government increase investment is the key to raising owned level of hardware device of school cafeteria.
