摘要
目的探讨体育锻炼对身体自尊的影响,为身体自尊的进一步干预提供理论指导。方法通过文献查阅,对体育锻炼与身体自尊的相关结果进行M eta分析。结果参加体育锻炼对身体自尊有促进作用,效果量为中等,且不同时间的干预有显著差异,但不同项目之间差异无统计学意义。结论有必要对锻炼的不同时间、不同项目等进行更多的实验干预研究。
Objective To explore effect of physical exercise to body esteem, and to provide theoretical guidance for further intervention of body esteem. Methods Meta-analysis about correlation between physical exercise and body esteem was conducted based on the literature of CNKI. Results Taking physical exercise had positive effect to body esteem, but the degree was moderate. There was significant differences between different intervention time, but differences between different sports events was not significant. Conclusion In order to identify the correlation between physical exercise and body esteem, it is necessary to take further experimental intervention research about different sports events and different intervention time.
