摘要
利用所建立的临淮岗工程洪水调度运行模型,针对临淮岗工程三湖圈圩方案,就百年一遇洪水情况下临淮岗工程洪水调度运行方案进行了研究.按照工程上下游控制条件,分析研究临淮岗工程以及行蓄洪区运用方式,得出通过适当的工程调度可以达到百年一遇洪水控制设计标准,为临淮岗工程运行调度方案的确定提供可靠科学依据.
By use of the flood control operation model for Linhuaigang flood control project on Huai River, the flood control operation program for three-lake-link plan under 1% frequency flood is studied. According to the control conditions of up- and down-stream boundaries, the operation schemes for Linhuaigang Project and flood retention are analyzed, and can meet the requirement of flood control criterion. It is demonstrated that the model is useful to forecast the flood proeess and determine optimal operation modes for Linhuaigang Project and flood retention.
