针对目前科技查新的迅速发展,阐明了高校科技查新服务社会化的重要意义。分析了高校查新机构的现状,探讨了其社会化服务目前存在的宣传、思维模式、职能定位等方面的主要问题;并就这些问题提出了开展宣传、转变观念、加强培训、建立绩效管理机制等一系列合理的解决方案。以江苏大学教育部科技查新站为例,介绍了这些改进措施的实施情况和成效。
