宁夏新农村建设信息资源的整合研究

Research on Integration of New Countryside Information Resource Construction in Ningxia

信息不畅已经成为制约宁夏农村经济发展的重要因素。为解决农业信息资源整合、信息共享、网络进村入户等难题,近年来宁夏自治区政府实施了一系列信息化工程,大大加快了宁夏新农村信息化建设的进程。但仍存在农民信息意识薄弱、信息资源开发不足、信息资源标准化程度低、信息人才缺乏等一系列问题。针对这些问题,本文提出加快农业信息标准化体系建设、开展个性化、本地化、实用化信息资源服务完善数据库建设、加快人才队伍建设等对策措施。

Information blockade has been the restriction for rural development in Ningxia. In order to resolve the problems of agricultural information integration, information share and rural informationization, the government of Ningxia municipality has implemented a series of information programs and pushed the new countryside informationization forward. However, there exists problems such as weak awareness of farmers, insufficient information resource exploitation, low level standardization of information resource, lack of information human resource, etc. This paper proposed several measures include： speed up the construction of information standardization system, implement personalized, local and practical information resource service, complete database construction, speed up the construction of human resource.
