The article introduced the base concept and main components of Business Intelligence. Then it focused on intro- ducing the important technical of BI - OLAP. The article discussed the feasibility of the user behavior analysis in library by using BI technical. It made a proposal of how to build a system for the real - lime analysis of the user behavior in library. At last the article introduced the practice of building the system for the real- time analysis of the user behavior in Shanghai university library.
