循证医学是一种先进、科学、安全、有效的医疗模式,它在先进发达国家的普及程度远远高于发展中国家。学习和借鉴EBM在国外的成功经验有利于拓展EBM在发展中国家的应用范围和深度,更有利于提高发展中国家的医疗卫生水平,造福于患者。本文从系统综述的产生和利用两个角度来分析研究循证医学SR文献来源和检索策略,为系统综述的制作者和利用者提供一些定性和定量的参考信息。

Evidence - based medicine is an advanced and scientific Medical model. This paper analysed source documents of evidence - based medical systematic review and its search strategy. So it could provide some qualitative and quantitative reference information for producer and user of systematic review.
