摘要
目的观察三联疗法(电针、TDP照射、中药熏蒸)治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和症状评分改善情况。方法针刺取穴膝眼、鹤顶、阳陵泉,配合电针和TDP照射,针后中药熏蒸20min。结果57例患者中54例有效,总有效率为94.7%,患者治疗前后症状评分改善明显(P<0.01)。结论电针、TDP照射结合中药熏蒸对膝骨关节炎有较好疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined three treatments （electroacupuncture, TDP irradiation and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation） on primary genual osteoarthritis by scoring the symptoms. Methods Points Xiyan, Heding and Yanglingquan were needled with the cooperation of electroacupuncture and TDP irradiation. Chinese herbal medicine fumigation was performed for 20 min after acupuncture. Results Of the 57 patients, effectiveness occurred in 54, with a total efficacy rate of 94.7%. Conclusion Combined electroacupuncture, TDP irradiation and Chinese herbal medicine fumigation have a better therapeutic effect on primary genual osteoarthritis.
